NatGen Premier is now offering an easy way for our customers to quickly get an estimate after they report an auto claim – MyClaimPics.
MyClaimPics is an internally developed, mobile-optimized website that allows customers to send pictures of their damaged vehicle directly from their smart phone. It looks and feels like an app, but requires no download. This new feature was specifically designed to expedite the estimate and payout process for customers with light damage to their vehicle.
How to access and use MyClaimPics
Claimants and insureds will get a text with a link to the MyClaimPics website during the initial call to report their claim or during their first conversation with their assigned adjuster.
The link directs the claimant or insured to a website specific to their claim where they are guided through the process of taking pictures of their damaged vehicle.
There’s nothing to download and no passwords to enter – they just snap the requested pictures and everything is automatically sent to our internal estimate review team.
They’ll have their estimates emailed to them typically within 24 hours and they can then take the estimate to whichever auto body shop of their choice.
